She is a graduate of the University of Athens in the field of Pedagogics and Teaching and has taught in elementary schools
in Athens and in Düsseldorf.

She has studied dance at the Professional Dance School “Despoina Gregoriadou”.
She has worked as a dancer with the Deutsche Oper Am Rhein in the following productions: “Ronja Raubertochter”, “Der
feurige Engel”, “Vom Maedchen dass nicht schlafen wollte”, “Die Prinzessin auf der Erbse”, “Die Csardasfurstin” and “Die
Nachtigall” (2011-2015).
She has performed with the dance-theatre company Theater der Klänge in the following productions: “KONTRASTE”,
“TRIAS”, “CODA”, “Vanitas” and “Suite intermediale” (2012-2015).
One of her choreographies was included among the 30 chosen choreographies at the 24th International Competition for
Choreographers in Hannover, Germany.
She has participated as a lecturer, dancer and choreographer in several FIKTIVA festivals, organised by TFF
TheaterFilmFest in Düsseldorf and Dortmund.
She has experience working with refugees as a leader of dance workshops, choreographer and performance coordinator.
In 2015 and 2016 she was the leader of the dance workshops offered to a large number of refugees, organised by
Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf, as part of the Project “Garten Eden”. In the workshops, which took place for 8 months,
refugees of all ages got acquainted with expression through dance and movement, based on cultural exchanges and
creative experiences. She was also the choreographer and coordinator of the final performance of the project “Garten
Eden” at Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf. Performers of the piece were more than 60 refugees of different ages and countries.
“Garten Eden” was honoured with the Integration Prize of the City of Düsseldorf. In 2016 and 2017, she was also the main
choreographer and coordinator of the projects “Boys will be boys” and “Girls night out”, two projects about intercultural
gender roles. These two projects had a workshop format and the majority of actors were refugees of different backgrounds.
Between 2018-2020, she was a leader in the following:
- Dance-theater workshops at Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf and at Zakk Düsseldorf for women of all ages and different
cultural backgrounds.

- Dance-theatre workshops at Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf for the production of "Widerstand" (Resistance). Participants and
performers were young people, amateurs, from different cultural backgrounds.
- Dance workshops for young marginalised women between 16 and 27 years old, organised by Zakk Düsseldorf, part of the
social cultural project "Update".
- Youth exchange between Greece and Germany, as part of the Program "Transfer Wuppertal", dance and music
workshops for young people from Germany and Greece.
- Dance workshops at schools in Düsseldorf for refugee young women (from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan).
She participated in an Erasmus+ Adult Education project (“Cultural Education Through Dance-Theatre”, 2016) and in two
Erasmus+ Youth Workers Mobility projects as a trainer (“Cultural Education Through Dance-Theatre” in 2016 and “Cultural
Integration Through Performing Arts Activities” in 2019).
